We create trusts, wills, business succession plans, and other tools, so your affairs can be managed smoothly.
• Probate & Trust Litigation
  
  We can assist you as an executor, trustee, or beneficiary with your probate or trust litigation. We assist with the probating of an estate, the contest of a will, and petitioning the court in trust matters.
• Corporate & Business Law
  
  Our corporate practice focuses on creating leases, business entities, mergers and acquisitions, contract law, and other related business and corporate law. We can help you set up a corporation or other legal business entity, or help you to run the legal aspects of your existing business.
• Accident & Personal Injury Law
  
  We handle personal injury cases ranging from slip and falls to motor vehicle accidents to workplace injuries. We attempt negotiation first to achieve an efficient result, but we are also ready to litigate when necessary or expedient.
• Bankruptcy
  
  We handle personal and business bankruptcy. We can advise you as to whether bankruptcy is the right course of action for you, and can help you to choose which type of bankruptcy to pursue.
